At The Artful Mogul, we aim to provide clarity, confidence, and high-quality services in every project. Because our services involve custom branding and AI integration work, refunds and cancellations are handled carefully and transparently.

Cancellations (Before Project Begins)

• You may cancel your service purchase within 7 days of payment if no project work has started.

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations (After Project Has Started)

• Once project work (branding design, strategy, AI setup, or deliverables) has begun, refunds are not available.

• At our discretion, partial refunds may be considered if only initial consultations have taken place.

Ongoing Retainer Services

• Retainer agreements can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.

• Services already delivered within the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

Strategy Calls & Consultations

• Paid strategy calls or consultations are non-refundable once scheduled.

• If you cannot attend, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Exceptions
